Please use ApuestaElitte respectfully. When using our website or attending the venue, you must act lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other guests, staff or the ordinary operation of the restaurant and club spaces. This includes avoiding misleading, disruptive, abusive or harmful conduct. Reasonable directions from our team help maintain a safe, enjoyable shared environment and form part of the practical expectations for every visit.

Dining
Dining reservations and enquiries are subject to confirmation by ApuestaElitte and to availability at the time of confirmation. Please use the channels presented by ApuestaElitte and provide accurate, current information when making an enquiry or reservation. An enquiry does not itself reserve a table or create a commitment by the venue. If your plans change, keeping us informed helps us manage the dining room with care for all guests.
Table allocation, seating timing and service arrangements may be managed by the venue to support the overall guest experience. We will take reasonable account of confirmed arrangements where we can, but cannot promise a particular table, menu item, service time or special request. Our hospitality spaces move between different moments of the day and evening, and our team may make practical adjustments to keep the experience welcoming.
From dinner to tournament poker.
Guests must treat fellow diners, visitors and staff with consideration in restaurant areas, terraces and adjoining club spaces. ApuestaElitte may respond to behaviour that compromises comfort, safety or the shared hospitality environment, including by managing seating or access to the relevant area. This is a broad, practical expectation intended to support a relaxed dining setting for everyone, rather than a promise of any particular service arrangement.
Poker is better face-to-face.
ApuestaElitte poker experiences are designed around physical, face-to-face tables and shared social participation rather than online play. OFFLINE POKER and TEXAS HOLD’EM at the venue are about people seated together, attentive table flow and respectful hospitality. Texas Hold’em around real tables is a description of that setting, not a promise of access, a scheduled game or any particular outcome. We do not provide online accounts, virtual tables or digital play through these terms.
Participation is subject to available space, venue guidance and the need to protect the comfort and orderly operation of each table. Please follow reasonable staff directions relating to seating, table flow and guest conduct. ApuestaElitte may manage participation where that is necessary for the shared experience. These terms do not set a buy-in method, entry criteria, game schedule or detailed poker rules; any applicable information for an in-person occasion will be communicated separately where appropriate.

In these terms, buy-in is poker terminology used in relation to joining a table or event. It does not state a price, currency, amount, reward or financial return. Use of this phrase does not confirm that a table or event place is available. Please rely on current venue information and staff guidance when considering whether you may participate in an in-person poker experience.
Card Room
Welcome to the Card Room.
The CARD ROOM is a shared hospitality setting. Guests are expected to respect other players, staff, seating arrangements and the atmosphere of the room. Participation remains in person and depends on thoughtful conduct around the table. Please give fellow guests space to enjoy their experience and follow reasonable directions that support the room’s calm, social character. This clause applies to the shared environment, not to an online or remote poker product.

Please treat physical poker tables, cards, chips, furnishings and other venue property with care. Guests must follow reasonable staff instructions about the use of these items and the spaces in which they are used. We do not set replacement fees, prohibited-item lists or detailed damage procedures in these terms. The practical expectation is straightforward: respect the shared equipment and surroundings that make face-to-face play and hospitality possible.
ApuestaElitte may manage access, seating, table use and participation to maintain a respectful, safe and functional shared environment. Disruptive conduct may affect a guest’s ability to remain in the relevant area. Any response will be guided by the circumstances and the need to look after the overall experience of guests and staff. This is a practical venue-management provision and does not create additional policies beyond these terms.
Tournaments

Tournament poker and poker nights are in-person venue experiences subject to the applicable event information, capacity and staff direction. The introductory line above is a warm invitation, not a promise of a place, format, schedule, prize or outcome. Where an occasion is available, please follow the information communicated for that event and the reasonable guidance of the ApuestaElitte team while taking part in the shared table environment.
Venue programming, table allocation, dining arrangements and events may change, be postponed or become unavailable where reasonably necessary. Group or private arrangements require confirmation by ApuestaElitte and may be subject to additional conditions communicated for that particular occasion. Where we confirm plans with you, the information shared for that occasion will help guide the visit alongside these general terms.
